We are seeking a Medical Director Addiction Medicine Physician (M.D. or D.O.) providing comprehensive addiction medicine care to patients with substance use disorders.
\n \nThe position would be 25% inpatient and 75% outpatient practice.
\n \nM4 – Daily census 12-15
\nMethodone Clinic has 120 patients enrolled
\nNew Horizons out-patient clinic- 2 Physician and 3 APPs
\n \nThe physician would perform histories and physical exams and medication management visits, and offers medical care for complications of substance use disorders, as clinically appropriate. Engages in all aspects of patient care, including diagnosis and treatment. Orders labs, EKGs, and other tests as clinically indicated. Leads and/or attends multidisciplinary team meetings in the Addiction Medicine Department.
\n \nMust be board certified/eligible.
\nMust have completed an ACGME accredited Addiction Medicine fellowship.
\n \nThis is for our UHS Addiction Medicine Clinic located at Binghamton General Hospital. Office hours Monday- Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
\n \nSalary Range: $310,249 - $326,600 annually plus Medical Director Stipend
