Help deliver exceptional customer experiences through in-store and digital client service. Responsibilities Prepare and support selling appointments, ring transactions, and process merchandise for Fashionphile service. Follow up after appointments by tracking orders, coordinating alterations, and sending thank-you notes. Organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and experiences for top clients. Maintain accurate client information and support digital selling and social media presence. Return unsold merchandise to stock and maintain fitting room cleanliness.
